Our gelato and sorbetto are crafted using gluten-free and gelatine-free ingredients.
Nevertheless, while we strive to avoid cross-contamination, please be aware that our products may contain traces of allergens such as egg, soy, gelatine, peanuts, tree nuts, milk, and dairy. We operate in an artisanal environment from a central kitchen, and although we take every precaution, we cannot guarantee the absence of allergen traces.
